An Ethiopian airline cargo aircraft traveling from Lome, Togo to Accra Ghana this morning skidded off the runway as it arrived the Kotoka Airport in Ghana. According to a press statement by Ghanaian aviation authorities, the three crew members survived the crash and are currently receiving treatment at the 37 military hospital.
The reason for the accident has not been stated but eye-witnesses said bad weather could be a contributing factor. More pics below:
