SHOCKING: Man Hacks His Wife To Death On Christmas Eve, Calls The Police To Confess [PICTURED]

36-year-old Dustin Klopp has been arrested for hacking his wife to death on Christmas Eve then took their children to his parents’ house to celebrate the holiday. He reportedly called the police to confess his crime a day later.

Lancaster County District Attorney, Craig Stedman, Dustin reportedly punched his wife Stephanie Kilhefner in the face then used an ax to cut her throat and slice open her head at around 10 p.m. during an argument on Wednesday, December 24, 2014.

Craig added that Stedman did not say what transpired into the argument the couple that led to her death. He however stated that there is no argument that could justify killing his wife

“What difference does it make? There’s nothing that justifies it,’ he said.

The Police also reported that the suspect attempted to clean up his wife’s blood from their home at 623 Georgetown Road in Lancaster; he then allegedly moved his wife’s body into a shed and placed it in a car-carrier bag.

Klopp later called police to confess to his wife’s murder on Thursday, December 25, 2014 at around 5:20 p.m. and presented himself at the police station at 6:30 p.m.

The police could not ascertain whether he confessed the crime to his parents before turning himself into the police.

Stedman admitted that this is a rare case as people usually call in self-defense following a homicide which was not the case in this instance.

‘I can’t think of a case like this, where we get a phone call before we even know there’s a crime,’ he said.
